Robert Ochieng

Founder and CEO of Litspeed Limited, with 15 years of experience in the African fintech sector. A specialist in IT strategy, international business development and project management, he has led teams to implement fintech platforms in East, West and Southern Africa, including the automation of seven counties in Kenya and the national health insurance scheme. He has worked with brands such as JamboPay, Unlimit and Fincra Technologies, supporting their expansion and licensing in East Africa. A graduate in Business in Information Technology from Strathmore University and with certifications in networking and project management, he is recognized for his ability to establish, operate and grow businesses on the continent.

Sand Mba-Kalu

Executive Director of Africa International Trade & Commerce Research and founder of the International Trade and Research Centre, he has over 15 years of experience in international trade, intellectual property and investment in Africa. He has worked with the World Bank, the European Union and Nigerian ministries on trade facilitation, policy reforms and regional integration. He holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town and an MSc and BSc in international trade from the University of Portsmouth. He is recognized for driving African market growth through research, negotiation and capacity building.

Luisa Fernanda Hernandez

Professional in Finance and International Trade and Master in International Affairs, she has more than 17 years of experience in customs, foreign trade and exchange regime. She began her career at the DIAN, worked for 10 years in consulting firms and is currently a regional consultant for Latin America at Maersk. Specialist in AEO, Free Trade Zones, tariff and environmental benefits, as well as foreign exchange compliance for international operations.
