Who are we?

The Latin African Chamber of Commerce (CLAF) is an organization dedicated to facilitate, promote and enhance the exchange of trade, knowledge, resources and experiences between businessmen, diplomats and cultural agents from Latin America and Africa. Our scope covers aspects such as:

1. Develop cooperation initiatives focused on the internationalization of goods and services.
2. Organizing innovative events and networking programs that connect key players from both continents.
3. To foster an enriching intercultural dialogue that bridges historical gaps and promotes mutual understanding.
4. To promote projects that contribute to sustainable economic growth and shared prosperity between Latin America and Africa.
5. Act as a strategic bridge for companies, institutions and governments interested in exploring transcontinental collaboration opportunities.
6. Organization of commercial, exploratory and/or sectorized missions that allow real cultural immersion with the objective of supporting the decision making process of the participating entrepreneurs, universities or entities.
7. Elaborate market, logistical and strategic studies for an efficient incursion into the different countries of both continents.
8. To train different actors from the business, academic, cultural and governmental ecosystems in broad topics that enable the strengthening of projects on both continents.

Our work focuses on being an agent of positive change, promoting effective and mutually beneficial South-South cooperation between Latin America and Africa.

• Strengthen and energize trade, cultural and diplomatic relations between Latin America and Africa, creating bridges of understanding and opportunities that foster mutual economic growth and cultural exchange between the two continents, in order to build a transformative ecosystem of cooperation between Latin America and Africa, promoting bilateral trade, technology transfer and cultural exchange to foster inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
